International student/worker wanted, large home, West End! in HIGHGATE HILL, Queensland for sale

Hi, We are looking for an International female to share our home with us... Our lovely Japanese housemate is leaving us to go back to Japan :(
Room available on the 16/10/13 We need someone for at least 4 months but preferably long term :)
We are looking for someone who is Interactive with other housemates but also Respectful of other housemates space and Very Tidy please.
We like to share dinners occasionally and go camping or to the beach together sometimes :)
Rent is $160/wk for 1 person. All bills, including Internet are included.
We would ask for a Bond deposit of 2 weeks rent.
The room is a medium/large sized room with a big window, it has a single bed with bedding, lamp, bedside table and wardrobe.
The house is a very large older style home and you would be sharing a large kitchen, huge dining area and lounge room and 1 bathroom with seperate toilet (another bathroom downstairs) with lovely Japanese, Chinese, French and English housemates :)
All very lovely and friendly :) We are an Australian couple and we live downstairs but spend time upstairs as well.
There is a lovely garden with fruit trees and grassy lawn for relaxing in summer, and a BBQ soon!
Please Note! This is not a party house! It is filled with workers and students and we need people to show respect to the other housemates in regard to noise and sharing spaces.
The housemates all share in cleaning and we have a cleaning roster to ensure house keeps clean and tidy.
The house is 10 mins walk to Southbank, 5 mins to West End, Trains, Buses, Citycat; Very close! Markets, Coles supermarket and more...
