Kadizzle wants a new home... in HIGHGATE HILL, Queensland for sale

Kadizzle is a burmese, domestic short haired mix. He is a beautiful cat with very much is own personality. I have worked from home for nearly 7-years and he has been either beside me or in close proximity for that time. A much loved member of the family.
He is desexed, microchipped and has annual visits to the vet for his check-ups.
Dizz (nickname) is a typical cat - with a personality that suggests he knows we are here to serve him.... He has been an indoor cat for his lifetime thus far (7 years in December) and ideally, I am looking for a new home that will offer him safe access to the outdoors to explore and gain a sense of freedom, but be diligent at locking him inside of an evening.
He's not the most energetic cat which is fantastic at night. No midnight play.... He loves a cuddle on your lap during the winter and would be great company for a mature single female household. Like most burmese, he has dog like tendancies. Growls to let you know that someone has come to the door.... I'm sure he would bark if he knew how!!
Unfortunately he isn't very good around young children, but those aged 13yo and above he is okay. He hasn't been overly socialised around dogs, but in the short amounts of time he's spent with them there hasn't been any bloodshed. That's good right?
Will come to his new home with all his things: Tall scratching pole with platform, multiple toys, favourite blanket, dried and wet food. Umm... he is a little over-weight and could do with loosing 1 or 2 kg. The vet has assured me that outdoor exercise will deal with that. We live in an apartment, so no outdoor access is available here... hence the re-homing.
