I am looking for someone to take over my contract in Urbanest for a short period of time. Indeed, I won't be here between the end of november and the end of february so my room is available during this time. The room is a twin bunk ensuite in a 10 person apartment. The room has its own private ensuite, air conditioning and is fully furnished. It has a common kitchen and a community room.
The move-in and move-out dates are really flexible. The rent per week is 173 AUD$ negotiable with a bond of 692 AUD$ (non negotiable).
Urbanest is a student accommodation that is situated in South Bank, just 10 min walk away from QUT and Griffith. It's 15 min away by bus from UQ. West End and CBD are in walking distance.
South Bank is the cultural heart of the city. It has a beach, restaurants, bars, museums, concerts and a market every weekend.
It's ideal for a summer semester student !
