SOUTHBANK - Room Available In Spacious Apartment in HIGHGATE HILL, Queensland for sale

Hi there.
I have a room available for rent in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in South Bank. The place is fully furnished so all that is required is bedroom furniture. The room doesn't have an ensuite but you would have sole use of the second bathroom. The complex also features a gym, sauna. Ideally I am looking for a professional who is respectful and tidy.
The rent for the room is $270 a week plus bills (internet, electricity etc) which would be split evenly. The apartment is very close to train, ferry and buses, southbank parklands and a whole heap of restaurants. Also only a short walk to the city. Unfortunately I only have one car space which I am using.
