Hi, I am the tenent of this one bed apartment in West End. Great location. good rent rate($330 p⁄w) and good size bed and living area and balcony. Great for a single or couple.
I am moving to overseas so I am trying to find someone to takeover this rent and as well as buying all furniture that I have.
Price for the all this furniture I would like to sell is at $3000 neg.
Furniture list-
Queen bed (bought brand new $1900 only for the matress with 10yr warrenty, 5ys remaining)
LG refrigerator (about 500L), LG Front loader 7.5kg washing machine- both only about 1 year old, bought as brand new from harvey norman costed me about $1750
2 seater sofa, sony digital TV and tv stand. wardrobe, drawers, 4 seater dining table and 4 chairs. desk and chair. all dishes and pots, saucepans,kettle, toaster, multi steam cooker(rice cooker), blender, juicer, vaccume cleaner, outdoor table and chair.. and
all other extras. Most of them I bought as brand new and maximum 5yrs old or quite new. I will leave everything here except my personal belongings.
